Andrew Caulfield

Andrew qualified at Herbert Smith in the early 1990s. He left private practice in the mid-90s, moving to market leading recruiter ZMB, where he gained superb market knowledge and contacts, acting for leading US, City, and international law firms on major recruitment drives during a boom market. Since moving into search in the late 1990s, Andrew has continued to service law firm clients and partner candidates with strategic search assignments in a wide range of disciplines.

Ian Holloway

Ian worked as a capital markets lawyer at Clifford Chance (1989 to 1994) before moving in-house to Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS). Ian was latterly a Director at Citigroup before joining Caulfield Search in September 2005, where he utilises his extensive knowledge and experience of the legal industry to work with law firms, investment banks and corporates.

Richard Freeland

Richard joined us after a successful career in legal publishing and research, from his position as London Editor of The Legal 500, from which he has extensive knowledge of, and wide contacts throughout, the legal profession. Qualifying as a barrister in 1996, Richard took time out to take up a post at Harvard Law School, specialising in international and comparative law. Richard has experience moving lawyers in various fields into firms and banks.
